A bugfix release. Nothing breaks; upgrade by re-running the installer.
Fixed: source .env && clojure -M:repl failed
In 1.0.0, wagoe new wrote .env without export. A plain source .env sets shell variables the JVM never sees, so (go) stopped with Missing JWT Secret. The generated .env now exports every line, and the documented flow works in bash, zsh and fish.
A project generated with 1.0.0 keeps its old .env. Put export in front of each line, or load it with set -a; source .env; set +a.
Fixed: bb check was red on a fresh my-app
wagoe new my-app wrote my_app. namespaces, which clj-kondo warns on, so bb check failed before you had written a line. Namespaces are my-app. now, in src/my_app/ as Clojure expects. bb scaffold and wagoe agents update read the namespace a project actually uses, so a project with my_app.* keeps working.
Changed: error codes are WGE-
Startup and dev error codes were BND-NNN, a leftover of the old name. They are WGE-NNN with the same numbers. bb guide error and the MCP explain-error tool still accept the old spelling; update anything of your own that matches on BND-.
Covered by CI
CI never ran the commands this site tells you to run, which is how the first two shipped. The first-run smoke now runs the quickstart block verbatim in bash, zsh and fish, on every commit and against each release, and asserts bb check is green on a fresh project.
Upgrade
All libraries are at 1.0.1. 1.0.1 also sorts above the discontinued 1.0.1-alpha-42, so resolving "newest" now picks this release.
